Who operates schedule-watch

schedule-watch is operated by gingaloam. Contact: contact@gingaloam.com. The operator's name and address are provided without delay on request to that address.

What is held

• The name and ID of the account (organization or user) that installed the app.
• The names and IDs of the repositories you selected.
• For each scheduled workflow: its name, file path, state, and schedule (cron expressions and time zones).
• For scheduled runs: the run ID, result, and time.
• The numbers of the issues schedule-watch opened, and when.
• The GitHub Marketplace plan the account chose, and when it changed. Billing contact details are not kept.

schedule-watch does not store your code or workflow file contents.

Why it is held

Only to detect failing, missed, or disabled scheduled workflows and to report them as issues in your repositories.

How long it is kept

• Scheduled run records are deleted after 90 days.
• When the app is uninstalled, everything held for that account is deleted 30 days later. Reinstalling within 30 days restores it.
• GitHub Marketplace plan events for an account that never installed the app are deleted 30 days after they arrive.

Who else handles it

The data is stored and processed on Cloudflare, which hosts schedule-watch, and read from and written to GitHub through the permissions you granted. It is not sold or shared with anyone else.

Your requests

To ask what is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@gingaloam.com. There is no fee. Uninstalling the app starts the deletion described above.
